This page explains how information submitted through the AI Studio Lab acquisition form is handled.

What is collected

Your name, business email, company or organization, acquisition interest and message, plus any budget you choose to provide. A submission reference and time are saved with the inquiry. The form also uses a spam-prevention field and basic submission limits.

Why it is used

The owner and their authorized assistant use your details to evaluate and respond to your acquisition inquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list, create a purchase commitment, or trigger an automatic email.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in a private database provided through ChatGPT Sites hosting. They are not displayed on the public landing page. Access to the inquiry inbox is restricted to the owner. The authorized assistant may review the records through the owner’s connected tools.

What not to include

Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents or sensitive or confidential information. Use a business email where possible.

Questions or removal requests

You can email aistudiolabs@gmail.com or use the acquisition form, select “Other strategic interest”, and include your earlier submission reference and a request to review or remove your information. Identity may need to be verified before a request is acted on.
